REFUND POLICY:
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased from Ace Ali Edits through the website acealiedits.com or through direct agreements with clients.
By purchasing services from Ace Ali Edits, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Refund Policy.
This policy should be read alongside the website’s Terms & Conditions and Terms of Sale.
NATURE OF SERVICES:
Ace Ali Edits provides digital and creative services including, but not limited to:​

Social media content creation

Video filming and editing

Branding services

Marketing strategy support
These services are custom-built and tailored to each individual client. Because work is created specifically for the client’s business, the services cannot be returned or resold once development has begun.
Due to the custom and digital nature of these services, work typically begins shortly after a project is confirmed and resources are allocated.
For this reason, refunds may be limited once work has commenced.
CONSUMER CANCELLATION RIGHTS:
Where services are purchased online or remotely, clients who qualify as consumers may normally have a 14-day cancellation period from the date of purchase.
However, if a client explicitly requests that work begins immediately, the client acknowledges and agrees that:​

The client waives their statutory right of cancellation once work has commenced

Payment may still be required for work already performed
By requesting that Ace Ali Edits begin work immediately, the client provides express consent to start the service during the cancellation period and acknowledges that cancellation rights may be lost once work has started.

WORK IN PROGRESS:
If a project is cancelled after work has begun but before completion, Ace Ali Edits may review the stage of the project and the amount of work already completed.
In such cases:

Fees may be retained to cover time, labour, and resources already invested

Work already completed may still be billable

Ace Ali Edits reserves the right to determine the proportion of work completed when assessing partial refunds.
COMPLETED SERVICES:
Payments made for services that have already been fully delivered or completed are non-refundable.
This includes completed deliverables such as:​

Finished website builds

Completed branding packages

Delivered video content

Finalised marketing materials
-
Delivered social media content or marketing assets
Once final deliverables have been provided to the client, the service is considered fulfilled.
REVISION REQUESTS:
Many services include a limited number of revisions, as outlined within the specific service package or proposal purchased by the client.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction where revision opportunities have not been fully utilised.
Clients are encouraged to communicate feedback clearly so revisions can be completed within the scope of the purchased service package.
Requests that exceed the revision limits of the purchased package may require additional fees.
CLIENT DELAYS OR NON-RESPONSE:
Projects may require timely communication, approvals, and materials from the client.
If a client fails to provide required information, approvals, or responses within a reasonable timeframe:

Ace Ali Edits shall not be responsible for delays caused by missing client materials or lack of communication.
MARKETING AND PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER:
Ace Ali Edits provides creative and marketing-related services.
While services are delivered professionally and in good faith, specific business results cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds will not be issued based solely on marketing performance or business outcomes, including but not limited to:​

Lack of sales or revenue growth

Lack of customer enquiries or bookings

Search engine rankings
-
Social media engagement levels

Advertising performance
Business outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond the control of Ace Ali Edits, including market conditions, business operations, competition, advertising budgets, and customer behaviour.
DIGITAL DELIVERABLES:
Due to the nature of digital products and services, once files, designs, media, or website access credentials have been delivered to the client, refunds are generally not available.
Digital deliverables cannot be returned once they have been provided.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES:
Clients are strongly encouraged to contact Ace Ali Edits directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute through their payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in:​

Immediate suspension of services

Termination of ongoing projects

Retention of delivered work and materials
-
Recovery of outstanding fees or costs associated with the dispute
Ace Ali Edits reserves the right to provide project documentation, communications, and proof of delivered work to payment processors or financial institutions in response to disputes.
REFUND REQUEST TIMEFRAME:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date, unless the client has explicitly requested work to begin immediately and waived their cancellation rights.
Refund requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
Ace Ali Edits understands that unexpected situations may arise.
Refund requests outside the conditions described in this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Ace Ali Edits.
CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY:
Ace Ali Edits may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices, or legal requirements.
